Good ideas are easy to sketch. The hard part is shaping them into something that can be built, tested, and trusted. That’s why our concept work always starts with the end in mind.

Product concept development
We support early exploration with sketching, modeling and creative problem solving. Engineers and designers work side by side to shape ideas based on fit, power, cost, usability and durability.
We explore multiple design directions through collaborative sketching, brainstorming and structured tradeoff decisions. These aren’t just ideas. They are buildable paths forward.
Not every idea is ready to build, but every idea can be evaluated. We review manufacturability, cost, technical risk and part availability to help avoid downstream roadblocks.
We produce physical models in house or with 29Tech for field trials, investor reviews and early validation. These help you see and share the product before committing to production.
We test early assumptions through ergonomic studies, environment simulation and use-case modeling. These insights guide better decisions before CAD or compliance begins.
Once the concept is defined, we help lay out the next steps. That includes requirement docs, test strategies and a clear handoff plan for mechanical, electrical and firmware teams.
